Statment of Practice

David Warren joined Jacobson Urbanic as an Associate Attorney in the summer of 2025, where he focuses on Civil Litigation.

David earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University in 2017. Before transitioning to law, he spent nearly a decade in the technology sector, working with leading international companies such as Netflix, Applied Materials, KLA, Google, and Curtiss-Wright. Throughout his career in tech, David served as an engineer, sales engineer, and ultimately led a team of sales professionals, where he honed skills in high-stakes negotiation, strategic planning, and client management.

In 2024, David graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law. While in law school, he remained on the Dean’s List for academic excellence while concurrently working full-time in the tech industry. He focused his legal studies on Intellectual Property, served as a student attorney advocating for Environmental Justice, and contributed to the Law Review as an editor.
David brings a unique perspective to his legal practice, drawing on his extensive background in technology, business strategy, and leadership to help clients navigate complex disputes with confidence and clarity.

Outside of his professional work, David is an avid sports fan, music enthusiast, and animal advocate, actively volunteering with the Elk Grove Animal Shelter’s fostering program.
