Statement of Practice

Patrick attended The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre in 2015. While Patrick initially thought he would pursue a career in the field of film and television, Patrick’s love for litigation and the law began early on in his life as his parents often regaled him with stories from their lawyering days in the courtroom. Patrick decided he wanted to have stories of his own and attended Creighton University School of Law where he graduated with his JD in 2020. While at Creighton, Patrick pursued every facet of litigation that was offered – from Moot Court competitions in Nuremberg, Germany, to obtaining a spot on the school’s competitive Mock Trial team. After obtaining his law degree and passing the California Bar Exam, Patrick began his legal career at the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office as a Deputy District Attorney where he honed his courtroom and trial skills. Patrick joined the litigation team at Jacobson Urbanic in 2023 specializing in a wide range of cases including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and employment disputes.
